Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] Patient requiring retraction and intrusion of upper anterior teeth by orthodontic treatment. 2] Well aligned arches with mild-moderate crowding requiring extraction and generalised spacing cases. 3] Patients with good periodontal condition. 4] Patients within the age group of 14- 30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] Patients not requiring retraction or intrusion by orthodontic treatment. 2] Patients with congenital missing teeth. 3] Patients with severe crowding in arches. 4] Patients with poor periodontal condition. 5] Patients less than 14 years or more than 30 years old.

There will be variation in skeletal, dental and soft tissue changes achieved in the single palatal mini-implant group in comparison with the buccal mini-implant group.Timepoint: Mid treatment(Before space closure) & Post treatment(After space closure)
