Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30 60 years Participants diagnosed with plantar fasciitis (PF), unilateral or bilateral Heel pain persisting for more than 4 weeks Presence of pain and tenderness over medial calcaneal tubercle Morning first-step pain Both male and female participants Reduced ankle dorsiflexion range of motion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of foot or ankle fracture or surgery Presence of systemic inflammatory conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis) Corticosteroid injection in the last 3 months Open wounds, skin infections, or allergies at treatment site Pregnancy Contraindications to iontophoresis (e.g., pacemaker, metal implants near the site) Patient diagnosed with Diabetic neuropathy
