Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals aged 40 to 75 years with complaints of joint stiffness and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recent fractures, severe neurological disorders, severe musculoskeletal deformities, uncontrolled medical conditions, or those unwilling to participate will be excluded.
