Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Peenasa i.e. Chronic Rhinosinusitis based on clinic and X-ray PNS findings. Age between 18 and 70 years. Duration of symptoms more than 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute rhinosinusitis. Deviated nasal septum causing obstruction requiring surgical intervention. Nasal polyps or neoplasm. History of nasal surgery within the last 1 month.
