Intervention1: application of tooth desensitising agent- Casein Phosphopeptide - Amorphous Calcium Phosphate: it is applied after tooth preparation and checked for sensitivity level after application

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 30- 50 were selected. Missing molars Sound abutment teeth Patients with residual dentin thickness of 2 mm post crown preparation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caries in abutment teeth Periodontal issues of abutment teeth Attrition Teeth with pulpal calcifications Prior tooth hypersensitivity Patients using drugs like antihistamines, antiinflammatory, antidepressant or analgesics 6 weeks before or during the study Known Sensitivity to substances used during the experiment Pregnancy or breast feeding Root canal treated teeth
