Inclusion criteria: Moderate to high stress as per PSS scale Regular work schedule (corporate hospital academic and IT)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Patients on psychiatric medication Known allergy to any ingredient Any systemic disorder. Night shift work schedule excluded
