Intervention1: Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Supplementation will begin 1 day before surgery and continue until 3 days postoperatively. Group A will receive 0.2ml per kg of Omega 3 Fatty Acids on POD 0,POD 1,2

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective radical robotic prostatectomy ASA physical status I to III Educated upto Grade 5 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give consent Pre existing neurodegenerative disease Patients on steroid therapy Chronic use of omega 3 supplements or anti inflammatory drugs Known allergy to fish oil
