Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i)Patients of functional dyspepsia of adult age group from 18-60 years. ii)Clinically pre-diagnosed cases of functional dyspepsia. ii)Symptoms of Functional dyspepsia diagnosed as per Rome IV criteria. iii)All the different socioeconomical strata. iv)Both the genders. vi)Patient willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i)Patient with alarm symptoms such as unintentional weight loss, persistent vomiting, dysphagia, GI bleeding, lymphadenopathy. ii) Patients with known diagnosed conditions like gastric ulcers, peptic ulcer disease, GERD with complications, gastric malignancy, chronic liver disease. iii)Patients with severe systemic illness like diabetes with complications, renal failure, cardiac diseases and unexplained chest pains. iii) Fasting type- people who are fasting. iv) Patients consuming gym supplements such as whey protein, creatinine, pre-workout supplements, BCAAs, mass gainers, or high-dose vitamins, known to cause or aggravate dyspeptic symptoms, will be excluded. v) Patient on conventional medications of functional dyspepsia- Proton-pump inhibitors, H2-receptor antagonist. vi) Patient on other medications which will cause or induced stomach or duodenal ulcers such as NSAIDS, antibiotics. vi)Immunocompromised patient cancer, tuberculosis. Vii )Pregnant and Lactating females.
