Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient having upper respiratory tract infection or sore throat or GERD or are speech impaired more than 2 intubation attempts or traumatic or difficult intubation patient on steroid medication Patient undergoing oral and pharynx surgery Duration surgery more than 180mins
