Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 50 years. 2.Presence of at least one maxillary anterior teeth with a healthy periodontium. 3.No history of orthodontic treatment, trauma, or restorations in the region of interest. 4.Patients requiring CBCT scans for diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic conditions affecting bone metabolism (e.g., osteoporosis, uncontrolled diabetes). 2.Pregnant or lactating females. 3.Smokers or patients with severe periodontal disease. 4.Teeth with large restorations, caries, fractures, or malpositioning.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate gingival thickness,keratinized tissue width,crown length,crown width, papilla height, PSTH, CEJ-BC and alveolar bone thickness (BT) at different depths in maxillary anterior teeth using CBCT imaging. To correlate gingival thickness, keratinized tissue width, crown length, crown width, papilla height, PSTH, CEJ-BC with alveolar bone thickness (BT) at different depths in maxillary anterior teeth using CBCT imaging. Timepoint: 6 months

MeasureTime frame
1.To analyze the influence of sex and tooth shape on gingival thickness and alveolar bone thickness. 2.To determine whether gingival thickness can serve as a predictor of bone thickness. 3.To assess variations in bone thickness at different levels (2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm from the alveolar crest). Timepoint: 6 months
