Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants scoring mild to moderate levels of anxiety using a validated scale ie. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7). 2. Participants of age group between 18 to 45 years, irrespective of gender, caste, religion and occupation. 3. Participants willing and able to participate in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Psychiatric Disorders (Diagnosed cases of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, 6 severe depression or panic disorder). 2.Physical illnesses that mimic Ojakshaya (Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases). 3.Those on medications (currently taking anti-anxiety, antidepressants, steroids, or immunomodulators). 4.Substance Abuse (History of alcoholism, drug abuse, or smoking as it affects both Ojas and mental health). 5.Pregnant and lactacting women (hormonal changes influence both anxiety and ojas related parameters). 6.Recent Major Stress Events (upto 3month) in life (death in family/divorce may bias anxiety levels).
