Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than or equal to 18 years Traumatic or non-traumatic complete and incomplete Spinal Cord Injury National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel Stage II or Stage III PI Able to provide consent or proxy consent where relevant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical signs of systemic infection or sepsis requiring systemic antibiotics and immediate surgery Exposed bone requiring urgent surgical management Known allergy to dressing materials Haemoglobin less than 10 g per dL Hypoalbuminemia Uncontrolled diabetes HbA1c more than 10 percent or chronic renal failure Associated traumatic brain injury or psychiatric disorders On antioxidants
