Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart Failure Patients with Preserved and Reduced Ejection Fraction diagnosed by cardiologist. 2. Both male and female genders. 3. Patients between age group 30-60 years. 4.Patients with documented echocardiography reports.(Done within last 6 months) 5.Patients admitted in wards and OPD based patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not Willing to give consent or participate. 2. Acute heart failure or unstable cardiac condition. 3.Neuromuscular disorders affecting respiratory muscles. 4.Severe pulmonary diseases. 5.Recent cardiac surgery. 6.Cognitive impairment affecting participation.
