Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 15 20 years requiring fixed orthodontic treatment Healthy periodontium (no probing depth greater than 3 mm, no clinical attachment loss) Good oral hygiene and willingness to maintain it during study period (OHIS Score between 0 to 1.2) No previous orthodontic treatment in the study arch Patients willing to participate and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases or medications affecting bone/periodontal metabolism (e.g., bisphosphonates, steroids) Periodontal disease, active caries or extensive restorations on study teeth Smokers or tobacco users Pregnant and lactating women Recent antibiotic/anti inflammatory therapy (within last 3 months)
