Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants belonging to the reproductive age group, between 18 - 45 years. 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) as per the Modified Rotterdam criteria. 3. Provision of informed written consent from participants. 4. Participants who demonstrate readiness and commitment for regular follow-up visits throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. 2. History of hormonal therapy or insulin-sensitizing drugs within the past three months. 3. Patients suffering from severe systemic illnesses, including renal or hepatic diseases. 4. Concurrent use of alternative therapies for PMOS. 5. Presence of psychiatric conditions likely to interfere with study participation. 6. Patients diagnosed with malignancy or those too ill to attend consultations. 7. History of substance abuse or dependence. 8. Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study. patient is unable to comply with the protocol.
