Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 60 years 2.patients diagnosed with isolated parasymphysis fracture of the mandible. 3.patients requiring fracture treatment under local anaesthesia. 4.Patients who are cooperative and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with multiple or comminuted mandibular fractures 2 Patients requiring general anaesthesia for fracture management. 3 Patients with known allergy to amide local anaesthetic agents. 4 Medically compromised patients (asa physical status iii and above). 5 Patients with pregnancy or lactation. 6 Patients with pre-existing neurological or psychiatric disorders that may affect pain assessment.
