Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 1, 2 and 3 Patients reporting with PDPH
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient with nasal polyp,DNS Patient with allergy to Local Anesthetics Patient with chronic pain, migraine and are on treatment for above things
