Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children rated tense co operative on lampshire scale during first dental visits. Children requiring a standardized dental procedure. Children with no prior history of dental treatment beyond the initial screening visit. Written informed assent from the child and informed consent from the parent or legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with any systemic medical condition or documented developmental, intellectual, or neurological disability. Children on systemic medications known to affect anxiety or behavior.
