Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18-25 years Both genders Group 1: Individuals who consume a diet rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids Group 2: Individuals who do not consume a diet rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of hearing and vestibular problems Individuals who consume Omega 3 Fatty Acids in the form of supplements. Individuals who follow a specific diet pattern.

MeasureTime frame
The outcome measures are cVEMP (P15/N23 latencies, amplitude, asymmetry ratio) and oVEMP (P1/N1 latencies, amplitude, asymmetry ratio), assessed via the IHS Duet system. Dietary intake will be measured using Food Frequency Questionnaires and 24-hour recalls. These measures will examine the relationship between omega-3 fatty acid intake and vestibular function in young adults.Timepoint: Baseline
