Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 to 60 years. Single missing tooth requiring implant placement. Willing for baseline, 3 month and 6 month CBCT. Adequate bone height and width confirmed clinically and radiographically. Good systemic health or controlled systemic conditions. Adequate keratinized mucosa around the implant site. Cooperative patients capable of attending regular follow ups. Periodontally stable patients following initial therapy. Good oral hygiene compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor oral hygiene, Heavy smokers. Pregnant/lactating women. Acute infection at the site. Medically compromised patients (uncontrolled diabetes, immunosuppression). Patients undergoing radiotherapy treatment. Parafunctional habits such as bruxism or clenching. Acute infection at implant site. Inability to maintain plaque control. Chronic corticosteroid or immunosuppressive therapy.
