Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical Psychologists registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) 2. Minimum of 2 years of active clinical supervision experience 3. Has supervised at least 10 trainees in a structured clinical training program 4. Currently practicing and providing supervision within Indian academic/training context 5. Should hold a regular academic position in the institute of employment 6. Should be actively involved in the evaluation and clinical training for students
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical Psychologists providing fee based supervision
