Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of either gender of age 18 - 60 years. 2.Resident in the selected geographical zones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with Communication barrier that precludes reliable questionnaire responses. 12.Individual with acute or Chronic or critical illness affecting psychological and & or physiological state.
