Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients planned for head and neck cancer surgery Patients of all gender age of 18 to 65 years BMI less than 35KG per meter square American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II and III Patient with anticipated difficult airway Patient given consent for awake fiber optic nasal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any bleeding disorder or patient on anticoagulants. Patients with nasal pathology. Patients having drug allergy. Pregnant and lactating females Patients with uncontrolled hypertension andbradyarrhythmia and psychiatric illness
