Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of age group between 16-70 years Patient who are suffering from second degree of haemorrhoids will be considered for this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1st,IIIrd,IVth degree of piles Arsha associated with carcinoma rectum,thrombosed and strangulated piles,rectal prolaspse,fistula-in-ano,fissure-in-ano. Hepatitis-B,HIV and HCV positive cases Patients having uncontrolled systemic disease such as hypertension,diabetes mellitus etc, malignancy of any organ and pregnant women will also be excluded

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be measured by parameteres 1. Bleeding per anus 2. Pain in anal region 3. Number of pile mass 4.Size of pile massTimepoint: 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Mucous discharge 2.ConstipationTimepoint: Outcome will be evaluated at every 7th day for 3 weeks
