Intervention1: Nelli vatral chooranam (internal): Nelli vatral chooranam will be administered orally.Pediatric dosage will be calculated using Clarks rule.The calculated dose will be given twice daily

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 12 years. Both male and female children. Children having Adelaide Disease Severity Score greater than or equal to 15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ophthalmic headache. Migraine. Otitis media. Epistaxis. Known case of Tuberculosis with Sinusitis. Known case of Malignancy of Paranasal Sinuses.
