Intervention1: PLATELET RICH PLASMA IN A CASE OF CHONDROMALACIA PATELLAE: IN CASES OF CHONDROMALACIA PATELLAE, THE PATEINT WILL BE ALLOTED RANDOMMLY. PRE-PROCEDURE VAS AND KOOS SCORES WILL BE DOCUMENT

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of Chondromalacia patellae 2. Radiologically confirmed cases of chondromalacia patellae with severe disease (Outerbridge classification grade 3 and 4) 3. Non responders (Patients that have not responded to 6 weeks of conservative treatment-NSAID/analgesics)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to hyaluronic acid or local anaesthetic agent 2. Inflammatory joint arthritis 3. Major knee trauma or knee surgery
