Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women between 40 to 55 years of age presented with menopausal symptoms. 2. Patient with menopausal symptom one year after menopause. 2. Patients with a history of menopausal symptoms for at least 1 month within the last one year. 3. Patient willing to give written consent. 4. If the patient was under any treatment for the menopausal complaints or taking oral contraceptives, she will include only after the washout period of 15 days. 5. Diabetes, hypertension and osteoarthritis controlled with allopathic medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected other immunocompromised disease. 2. Patients diagnosed with any serious medical conditions and comorbidities cardio or cerebrovascular diseases. 3. In case, the patient was on (HRT) Hormone Replacement Therapy. 4. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding/ history of endometrial hyperplasia or malignancy, pelvic pathology requiring surgery or any malignancy, patients who underwent hysterectomy or any other gynaecology surgeries. 5. Women with a known history of psychiatric disturbances. 6. Patients with thyroid diseases as symptoms of thyroid disorder mimic menopausal symptom.
