Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade3 Undergoing elective Cardiac surgery requiring Cardiopulmonary Bypass with hypothermia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe Left Ventricular Dysfunction with Ejection fraction less than 30 percent Known allergy to study medication Patient requiring massive blood transfusion Patient on Sildenafil or Tadalafil Emergency Cardiac surgeries
