Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Quantitative strand: Phase I RCT Women who are Women who are Undergoing abdominal and vaginal Hysterectomy under general and spinal anesthesia. Women who are Age group 35 -70 years Women who are Willing to participate in study Women who are Able to read and write Malayalam Qualitative strand: Phase II Women who are Mothers who are Information rich cases Women who are Mothers who shows Maximum variant characteristics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Quantitative strand: Phase I RCT Women who are Women who are undergoing surgeries for reproductive cancers Women who are undergoing minor surgeries under local anesthesia. Women who are undergoing emergency surgical procedures. Women who are undergoing repeated gynecological surgeries Women who underwent previous surgeries Qualitative strand: Phase II Exclusion Criteria Mothers who are poor in communication skill
