Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hockey players team in the age group of 14-16 years. The schools in Virajpet taluk of Coorg district that has Hockey team in the age group of 14- 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schools that have no hockey team in the age group of 14 -16 years.

The superior effectiveness of custom fabricated mouth protectors over ready made mouth protectors at baseline, 1 month and 3 month intervals.Timepoint: 0 months- Assessment of use of mouthguards previously and checking awareness regarding mouthguards 1 months- Comfort, fit and effectiveness of the mouthguard that has been provided 3 months- Comparison of perception while using mouthguards versus playing without mouthguards
