Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Small Thoracic Empyema defined on NCCT - Maximum Width of Empyema With Respect to Antero-Postetior Diameter of Hemithorax is Less than 20 Percentage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients With Diabetes Mellitus. 2.Patients In Which Thoracic Surgery is Needed For Other Indications. 3.Patients With Immune Deficiency Disorders. 4.Patients Not Willing For Periodic Assessments. 5.Patients Not Willing To Participate In The Study.
