Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically Healthy showing adequate oral hygiene before surgical therapy and flap surgery including at least four adjacent teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug therapy that may interfere with wound healing 2. Smokers. tobacco chewing, or any other habit that may affect the disease or treatment 3. Pregnant women/Lactating mothers. 4. drug allergies to any of the drugs used in the study. 40 adjacent surgical site The adjacent site will be randomly grouped into 2 groups. Group A: simplified autologous fibrin glue with flap closure Group B: flap closure with Vicryl.
