Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult aged 20-35 years with chronic nonspecific low back pain (12 weeks durations) Participants capable of understanding and performing exercises Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery within the past year Presence of specific spinal pathology (tumors infection fracture) Severe neurological deficits affecting the lower limbs Pregnant women Participants are currently engaged in structured resistance or core training programs
