Inclusion criteria: All age groups, residing in the area for atleast one year, have used any form of healthcare like homoeopathic, allopathic or traditional etc. in the last 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely ill or hospitalized individuals at the time of the interview, unwilling to give consent
