Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It will include 1-50 cases of primary pancreatic adenocarcinoma. 2-50 cases of metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. 3-Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) blocks with adequate tumor cells will be selected for immunohistochemical evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1-Precursor lesions such as pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN). 2-FFPE blocks with insufficient tumor tissue or poorly preserved tissue, unsuitable
