Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients between the age group of 21 60 years of either sex 2 Patients having the clinical feature of Eka kustha psoriasis 3 Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient suffering from diabetes mellitus cancer cardiac problems uncontrolled hypertension acquired immunodeficiency syndrome AIDStuberculosis TB renal disorder 2 Other co-skin disease and psoriatic arthropathy 3 Pregnant women and lactating mother

The study is expected to demonstrate that Manibhadra Vatak and Shwetkarviradhya Oil are effective in the management of Eka Kushtha Psoriasis producing significant improvement in scaling erythema itching dryness and lesion thickness thereby reducing disease severity and improving the overall quality of life of patientsTimepoint: 18month	—

To assess the overall improvement in quality of life recurrence rate & safety of the therapy by evaluating associated symptoms patient satisfaction & the occurrence of any adverse effects during the study period Detailed Secondary Outcomes Improvement in Quality of Life Assessment of changes in the patients physical psychological & social wellbeing before & after treatment Reduction in Associated Symptoms Evaluation of relief in associated symptoms such as burning sensation discomfort sleep disturbance & psychological stress related to psoriasis Patient Satisfaction Assessment of patient reported satisfaction regarding symptom relief ease of application use & overall treatment outcome Recurrence Rate Observation of the frequency & severity of recurrence of psoriatic lesions during the follow up period after completion of therapyTimepoint: 18 months	—
