Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients of aged between 18-45 years. Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of endometriosis. Patients presenting with endometriosis Patient physically fit for Virechana as per Ayurvedic classics. Patients willing to comply with the protocol requirements. Patients having CA-125 level less than 500 U/Ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Before menarche or after menopause. Patient suffering from any other chronic uncontrolled systemic illness or any debilitating illness. Patient diagnosed with any other pelvic infections or malignancy or undergone recent pelvic surgery (within last 6 months). Patients having endometriosis of sites other than pelvis and scar endometriosis. Patient not fulfilling the inclusion criteria.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of the intervention on dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and dyspareunia in patients with endometriosis.Timepoint: 1st Assessment - at baseline, 2nd Assessment - after the 1st menstrual cycle post intervention. Follow Up: after the 2nd menstrual cycle post intervention.
