Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 10-60 years 2. Sex : Both genders 3. Patients of striae distensae 4. Parents/ guardian giving written informed consent will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation 2. History of dermatological conditions (e.g., active infections, autoimmune diseases) 3. Hypertrophic or keloid scarring tendencies 4. People with unrealistic expectations 5. Pacemaker implantation 6. Active cancer, bleeding disorders, or other severe comorbidities 7. Parents/ guardian not giving written informed consent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical outcome assessed through Manchester Scoring System at baseline, 4 weeks , 8 weeks , and 12 weeks post-treatment. Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patient Satisfaction: To assess the overall improvement in appearance and quality of life. Side Effects: Any adverse events such as erythema, edema, pigmentation changes, or scarring will be recorded.Timepoint: 3 months
