Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All confirmed viperid envenomation with evidence of VICC, Age more than 18 years, and written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing chronic kidney disease, Mixed or unidentified snake envenomation, Pregnant or lactating women and Paediatric patients.

Characterisation of metabolic pathway perturbations (mitochondrial dysfunction vs. inflammatory vs. coagulopathic dominance) specific to each subphenotypeTimepoint: At baseline & 24 hours;Validated clinical prediction model integrating subphenotype class with early metabolomic data to predict KRT requirement & renal recovery.Timepoint: At baseline - hospital admission
