Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants having chronic non-specific neck pain for more than 3 months 2 Pain localized in cervical region (occiput to T1) without specific pathology 3 NPRS score more than 3 out of 10 (minimum clinically relevant pain) 4 Neck Disability Index (NDI) score more than 10 percent ( mild to moderate) 5 Impaired cervical proprioception demonstrated by increased Joint Proprioception Error(JPE more than 4-5 ) 6 Able to understand instructions and follow exercise protocol 7 Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1History of cervical spine surgery or fracture 2Recent whiplash injury less than 3 months 3Specific neck pathologies (tumor, infection, inflammatory arthritis, cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy) 3Vestibular disorders, visual impairments or neurological conditions affecting balance 4Neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson`s, multiple sclerosis etc) 5Pregnancy 6Currently undergoing physiotherapy for neck pain 7Severe neurological symptoms ( progressive neurological deficit or spinal injury)
