Intervention1: No Prophylactic Antibiotics in Low Risk Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy: Patients will receive no prophylactic antibiotics in low risk Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Control Intervention1:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 65 years. 2) ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) Grade I and II. 3) Absence of acute inflammation or previous abdominal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Immunocompromised states (e.g., Diabetes Mellitus). 2) Patients not providing consent for the study. 3) Antibiotic usage in the preceding week.
