Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with low back pain radiating to the lower extremity. Patients diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction with at least 3 out of 5 positive provocation tests (FABER test, Gaenslen test, Thigh Thrust test, Distraction test, Compression test). Pain intensity greater than 4 on NPRS. Age between 23 to 69 years. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of spinal fracture, tumor, infection, or inflammatory conditions. Patients with neurological deficits or radiculopathy. Patients who have undergone recent spinal or pelvic surgery. Pregnant women. Patients with severe osteoporosis or other serious medical conditions. Patients currently undergoing any other physiotherapy treatment for the same condition.
