Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years of either sex. 2. ASA physical status 1 and 2 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia. 4. Mallampati grading 1,2,3,4 5. Those giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unwilling to take part in the study 2) ASA physical status 3 and 4 3) Deformity of face and neck 4) Edentulous 5) History of surgery or trauma of face neck larynx pharynx and epiglottis 6) History of difficult intubation 7) Restricted Cervical motion 8) Airway carcinoma 9) Airway trauma
