Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Idiopathic Parkinsons disease 2.Medically stable patients 3.Patients aged between 50 and 70 years 4.Both genders 5.A score of 3 according to Hoehn and Yahr scale 6.Patients with mild cognitive impairment according to MoCA scores ranging from 18 to 25 7.Patients in the ON state during assessment and intervention characterized by a typical functional response to medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cognitive and communication disorders. 2.Patients with other neurological deficits and severe comorbidities. 3.Patients with associated psychiatric conditions 4.Patients with significant sensory impairment, including visual and hearing impairment. 5.Recent syncope or severe Orthostatic hypotension. 6.History of greater than or equal to 2 falls in the last month. 7.Patients who were using advanced therapies including apomorphine pump , duodenal dopamine infusion and deep brain stimulation.
