Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)minimum 1-year regular running experience 2)Semi-professional and professional runners 3)Players willing to participate and provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with any of the following in the past 6 months: 1)Lower limb injuries (strain, tear, fracture) 2)MSK conditions (e.g., patellar tendinopathy, chronic ankle instability, genu valgum, genu varum, instability, deformities etc) 3)Cardiovascular / respiratory disorders ( eg. Asthma, COPD) 4)Recent lower limb surgery (eg. Ligament surgeries etc) 5)Ongoing different training program
