Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 25 to 50 years Participants exhibiting clinical features of impaired Agni Mandagni Vishamagni or Tikshnagnias assessed through Ayurvedic agni diagnostic tool Individuals maintaining a consistent daily routine and regular meal schedule during the course of the study Willing to undergo daily post-meal Tambula Sevana for the study duration and provide informed consent Able to understand instructions and respond to questionnaires in the language used for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Regular intake of digestive stimulants antacids proton pump inhibitors or antibiotics and ayurvedic medicines that may affect Agni Pregnant and Lactating Women Individuals who regularly consume commercial paan masala gutkha, tobacco or other addictive substances that could interfere with the effecsts of therapeutic Tambula Known Allergy or Hypersensitivity to Tambula Ingredients Recent Gastrointestinal Surgery 1year
