Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed SD with LSST more than 1.5 cm asymmetry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known chronic cardiopulmonary disease, current smokers more than 10 cigarettes per day or nicotine product user (within past 6 months), any recent (6 months) upper thoracic surgeries, in last 3 months any participation in structured physiotherapy protocols for shoulder or respiratory issues
