Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral visual impairment residing in school for Visual impairment, Visual acuity less than 6/60, able to read Braille, Cooperation by the participants, Compliance by the children and their parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical or mental illness Partial or unilateral blindness Prophylaxis, Fluoride varnish, Sealant application done 3 months prior to baseline Antibiotics or medication that affect Gingival status Probiotics, Xylitol chewing gums, mouthwash or plaque control agent
