Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Group-lactating mother between 18-35 years. 2.Lactating women having stanyakshaya lakshanas from the 5th day of delivery. 3.Lactating mothers having Stanyakshaya lakshanas up to 6 months will be selected for the study. 4.Patient, either Primigravida or Multigravida will be selected. 5.Normal Vaginal delivery and LSCS mother. 6.Patients with breastfeeding frequency less than 4 5 times/day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with congenital abnormalities (Amastia, Athelia), Breast atrophy, Breast cancer, Shock , and Mastitis will be excluded from the study. 2.Patient having history of infection, systemic disease & insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. 3.Postpartum Hypopituitarism. 4.Patients with cracked nipples and retracted nipples will be excluded.

To evaluate the Effect of Haridradi Kwatha and Trunapanchamoola Kwatha in the management of Stanyakshaya. Breast appearance. Breast Milk Ejection (Lactation). Breast Feeding Freqeuncy. Pertaining to Baby -Hunger, Cry, Sleep, Urine Output, Stool. Residual milk in the Breast after each feeding. Timepoint: 10th ,20th and 30th day

Breast Engorgement. Weight of the Baby every 15 Days interval. Breast Milk Production by manual pressure on the Nipple.Timepoint: 10th 20th and 30th day
