Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects aged between 18years to 55years 2 Subject with a complaint for poor sleep quality or stress- induced insomnia mild to moderate 3 Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed psychiatric or neurological disorders. 2. Use of sleep-inducing medications or psychiatric drugs or any chronic illnesses interfering with sleep patterns 3. Use of drugs, alcohol. 4. Individuals suffering from any systematic diseases that affect sleep. 5. History of recent surgery and recent fracture & RESEARCH
